MTB SA: The ABSA Cape Epic

There has been a huge increase in people becoming aware of their well being and have taken to a variety of different activities, mountain biking being one of the most popular choices.  Seven years ago at the age of 50 I was very overweight and could barley manage a 10 kilometre cycle without having to get off and rest.  Now 7 years later and 28 kilograms lighter I am loving the time on my bike on our amazing trails in and out of Cape Town.

Almost every week there is a race/ride happening with a few major events occurring during the next few months.  The first of these will be the Tankwa Trek followed by the ABSA Cape Epic which is a must-go-watch to see the worlds best mountain bikers.
